Cancellation Policy: CMS provides full refunds less a processing fee of $90.00 per full payment registration. Cancellations must be received, in writing, by the CMS office no later than two weeks prior to the program. Refunds will not be issued after May 25, 2017 or for “no-shows.” All refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt.
