Cancellation Policy: Registration Fees, less a $50 handling charge, will be refunded upon written cancellation received no later than May 20, 2016. Cancellations received after this date cannot be refunded but substitutions are encouraged. The American Bar Association’s Health Law Section and the Chicago Medical Society reserve the right to cancel any programs and assume no responsibility for personal expenses.
