Topic: Bioethics Issues During the Covid-19 Pandemic from the Legal, Ethical and Medical Perspectives
Description: The ABA Health Law Section and the Chicago Medical Society will host a panel discussion focusing on bioethics issues during the Covid-19 pandemic from the legal, ethical and medical perspectives. Topics will also include special issues encountered in context of the pandemic, including duty to care, access to limited treatment resources, end of life decision making, confidentiality issues, and disparities in access to/outcomes of care.
